Additional Questions concerning contract

Q: Can you list the type of equipment that you have to use. The reason that i am asking if it 60 in zero turn or 48 inch makes a big difference in the amount of time it will take to mow.

A: We are currently anticipating a Kubota ZD220 with a 54" deck. This equipment may not be suitable for all mowing situations - some sites may require the use of our Kubota L3830 with either a 7' woods finish mower or a 6' bushhog. We recommend that, in addition to the provided maps, you tour each of the properties indicated with an eye towards what equipment will be required where, as there is no substitute for actual site inspection.

Q: Are the weed control chemicals and mulch provided or will I need to purchase these separately?

A: You will not be required to purchase materials of any sort. We already have mulch supplies contracted for the year and will obtain other materials as required.
